Line-Interaktive USV-Geräte bieten Schutz vor Unter- oder Überspannung und vor Spannungsschwankungen. Spannungsschwankungen werden von der USV bis ca. 8% ausreguliert.

Die Reaktionszeit beträgt 2 bis 4 Millisekunden
Die USV-Geräte Egys LC und Egys AP erzeugen bei Batteriebetrieb eine Pseudo-Sinus-Kurve.
